Resumo

Objectivo: Identificar os ganhos em saúde relacionados com as intervenções de enfermagem no follow -up telefónico ao utente adulto com patologia cardíaca. Metodologia: Revisão sistemática da literatura com pesquisa na EBSCO, (CINAHL e MEDLINE) no intervalo temporal de publicação entre janeiro de 2012 e outubro de 2017, utilizado o método de PICO. Eleitos 8 artigos para análise. Resultados: Identificados ganhos ao nível de: controlo sintomático, gestão do regime terapêutico, utilização dos serviços de saúde, segurança/ocorrências adversas e qualidade de vida. Conclusões: O follow -up telefónico, contribui para otimizar o acompanhamento ao utente, traduzindo-se em ganhos em saúde sensíveis aos cuidados de enfermagem. Implicação na Prática profissional: Nos contextos da prática de enfermagem ao utente adulto com patologia cardíaca o follow -up telefónico revela-se determinante é uma intervenção a ter em conta, traduzindo-se em ganhos em saúde, promovendo o acompanhamento do utente, melhorando a sua capacitação na gestão da doença. ABSTRACT

Aim: To identify the health gains related to nursing interventions in the telephone follow -up of adult patients with cardiac pathology. Methodology: Systematic literature review by research in EBSCO, (CINAHL and MEDLINE) in the publication time interval between January 2012 and October 2017, using the PICO method. Elected 8 articles for analysis. Results: Health Gains were identified related to: symptomatic control, management of the therapeutic regimen, use of health services, safety/adverse events and quality of life. Conclusions: The telephone follow -up contributes to optimize the follow -up to the patient, translating into health gains sensitive to nursing care. Implication to professional practice: In the contexts of nursing practice for adult patients with cardiac pathology, telephone follow -up proves to be an intervention to be taken into account, translating into gains in health, promoting patient follow -up, improving training in disease management.
