IMPACTO DA VISITA DOMICILIÁRIA DE ENFERMAGEM AO RECÉM-NASCIDO/LACTENTE /FAMÍLIA: UMA REVISÃO SISTEMÁTICA DA LITERATURA IMPACT OF THE NURSING HOME VISIT TO THE NEWBORN/INFANT/FAMILY: A SYSTEMATIC REVIEW OF THE LITERATURE

Resumo

Objetivo: Identificar qual o impacto da visita domiciliária ao recém-nascido/lactente/família, quando realizada por enfermeiros, na saúde e bem-estar da criança e família. Metodologia: Foi realizada uma revisão sistemática da literatura seguindo-se a metodologia do Joanna Briggs Institute, com base numa pesquisa na plataforma EBSCO, pubmed e referências bibliográficas dos artigos encontrados, com o friso cronológico 2010 e 2017. Foram incluídos estudos randomizados controlados que avaliavam o impacto da visita domiciliária de enfermagem realizada quando eram recém-nascidos/lactentes, na saúde e bem-estar da criança e família, em crianças/adolescentes/famílias.  Resultados: Foram selecionados 11 artigos, estudos randomizados controlados, 7 experimental e 4 follow -up. O processo de sistematização dos dados foi realizado com recurso a tabelas que permitiram facilitar a análise dos estudos. Foram encontrados estudos que avaliam o impacto da realização de visita domiciliária ao recém-nascido/lactente/família a curto (2) e longo (9) prazo, desenvolvidos com grande heterogeneidade na intervenção da visita domiciliária realizada e impactos avaliados, mas os resultados evidenciam ganhos na saúde e bem-estar das crianças e famílias. Conclusões: Evidencia-se com os resultados encontrados que a visita domiciliária de ao recém-nascido/lactente/família, realizada por enfermeiros, tem impacto positivo na saúde e bem-estar de criança e família. Abstract

Objective: To identify the impact of the home visit to the new born/infant/family, when performed by nurses, on the health and well-being of the child and family. Methodology: A systematic review of the literature was carried out following the Joanna Briggs Institute methodology, based on a research on the EBSCO and pubmed platform, and bibliographical references of the articles found, with the chronological frieze 2010 and 2017. W ere included Randomized controlled trials evaluating the impact of the home visit of nursing performed when they were new borns/infants, in the health and wellbeing of the child and family, in children/adolescents/families. Results: We selected 11 articles, randomized controlled trials, 7 experimental and 4 follow -up. The data systematization process was carried out using tables that facilitated the analysis of the studies. We have found studies that evaluate the impact of the home visit to the new born/infant/family in the short (2) and long (9) term, dev eloped with great heterogeneity in the intervention of the home visit performed and evaluated impacts, but the results show gains in the well-being of children and families. Conclusions: It is evident from the results found that the home visit of the new born/ infant/family, performed by nurses, has a positive impact on the health and well-being of the child and the family.
